Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Bench Boss ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Bench Boss is a mobile application designed to help youth sports coaches manage player lineups and track playing time. The app provides tools for:

• Creating and managing team rosters
• Building game lineups
• Tracking player positions and playing time

User Responsibilities

As a user of the app, you agree to:

• Use the app only for its intended purpose of managing sports lineups
• Not use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Be responsible for all data you enter into the app
• Respect the privacy of players and obtain appropriate consent before entering personal information

Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Bench Boss and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app.

In-App Purchases

The app offers a "Pro" upgrade as a one-time in-app purchase. By making a purchase:

• You agree to pay the listed price at the time of purchase
• All sales are final and processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Refunds are handled according to Apple or Google's refund policies
• The Pro upgrade is a non-consumable purchase and can be restored on the same account

Advertisements

The free version of the app displays advertisements. By using the free version, you agree to the display of these ads. You may remove ads by purchasing the Pro upgrade.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data you enter is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will meet your specific requirements
• The app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Any errors in the app will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bench Boss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Loss of profits
• Personal injury or property damage

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app or any in-app purchases.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bench Boss from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or us.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
